Policy and Guidlines

The HNLU Recruitment Guideline is designed to optimize the interest of all the stakeholders and ensure fair play in the Recruitment Process.

Recruiters can make job offers through either PPOs/PROs or a Recruitment Process as organized by the GBRC.

The recruitment drive organized by the GBRC is usually a three step process.

Firstly, all Recruiters are requested to register themselves with the GBRC by duly submitting the online Registration Form.

Secondly, the Recruiters are encouraged to give Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs) for the graduating students at the University. The central idea behind this is to provide an opportunity for candidates to gain adequate information about the Prospective Recruiters including their profile, career prospects, terms and conditions of employment, compensation package etc. It also allows Recruiters to take a first-hand look at the institute and the existing talent pool.

The third step in essence involves the Final Recruitment Process.

The recruiters are free to follow their own mode for selection which may involve written test, group discussion, and personal interview. The recruiters can opt for telephonic interview and video conferencing as well.

The Recruiters can start inviting applications anytime after the registration and/or conduction of a Pre-Placement Talk (PPT). The Recruiters are required to communicate the detailed process requirements (number of selection rounds, panels, and process specific requirements) at least 3 days prior to the Final Recruitment Process.

The GBRC does not encourage individual applications for Recruitment. Recruiters are thus requested to make all communications only with the designated GBRC Co-ordinators.
