Page 1 of 2 Hidayatullah National Law University has entered into a EU-INDIA Public Law Consortium for student & faculty exchange programme under the POROS PROJECT. The POROS project aims at strengthening relations between EU and India on cultural and educational matters. In addition, the POROS project provides for seminars in Europe and India on specific subject matters of Public Law. A number of post-graduate students in Europe and India will be involved in a comparative study on public law. To this end, students are benefiting from temporary assignments in universities-partners of the consortium. The comparative study forms the material of a publication at the end of the project duration. Furthermore, the activities of the project are further enhanced and disseminated through conferences and joint website. Through the website, e-learning courses are to be provided, extending thus the benefits of the POROS project throughout India and Europe and guaranteeing its multiplying effect.
